Well I'm attending the complete hospitality package. Great activities however not much practical. Just practice cleaning a lot I guess.

I attended the Barista Coffee Course with Sam last week and I highly recommend it for everyone who wants to learn how to use the espresso machine properly and learn more about coffee in general whether it's for personal or professional reasons, because you not only enhance your skills and gain more confidence in coffee making, but most of all you are going to have so much fun in those two days!!!
