Complete Hospitality Training is now pleased to offer Certificate III in Hospitality - SIT30707. This qualification provides the practical skills and knowledge necessary to find work in licensed areas of the hospitality industry. The course is a mixture of classroom based training along with an industry placement. It includes the RSA course, RSG and RSF certificates as well as cocktail bartending, barista coffee and waiting.

The Structure of the course:
Week 1: Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm @ CHT Training Facility
Week 2: Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm @ CHT Training Facility
Week 3 - 6: Wednesday 9am - 3pm @ CHT Plus 2 Days per week industry placement and one of CHT’s partner venues in the CBD

Eligibility Criteria for Government Funding
Under 20 years of age @ 1st January 2012 - Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
Over 20 years of age @ 1st January 2012 – Must be Australian citizen or permanent resident & must not have completed any qualification higher than certificate II
