| Certificate II in Hospitality Operations
Complete Hospitality Training is now pleased to offer Certificate II in Hospitality Operations - SIT20207. This qualification provides the practical skills and knowledge necessary to find work
in licensed areas of the hospitality industry. The course is a mixture of classroom based training along with an industry placement. It includes the RSA, RSG and RSF certificates as well as cocktail bartending, barista coffee and waiting.

The Structure of the course:
Week 1: Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm @ CHT Training Facility
Week 2: Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm @ CHT Training Facility
Week 3 - 6: Tuesday 10am - 4pm @ CHT Plus 2 Days per week industry placement and one of CHTs partner venues in the CBD

Eligibility Criteria for Government Funding
15 19 years of age Must meet citizenship / residency requirements
20 24 years of age Must meet citizenship / residency requirements & must not have completed any qualification higher than certificate I.
25 years of age & higher Must have been retrenched since 1st Jan 2009 and must not have completed any qualification higher that a Certificate I. Must have separation certificate and be referred by a Job Services Australia provider.
