Melbourne is considered one of the coffee capitals of the world. Employers and customers alike demand the best baristas. Our coffee school trainers are passionate about coffee making and will ensure that you walk out the door at the end of the coffee making course with that same passion.
Our practical ‘hands on’ coffee course will teach you to make the perfect cup of coffee and includes advanced milk texturing, latte art, poured patterns, specialist coffee advice, roasting, blending and much more.
We have a custom built coffee making room, filled with a range of industry standard coffee machines. Other barista courses are very theoretical and students will take turns to use one or two machines. We believe that the only way you can learn to make coffee is to actually make it. Throughout the course in our coffee school you will be grinding coffee beans, texturing milk and pouring every different type of coffee served by cafes and restaurants across Melbourne.
Our students are invited to come back to the college within six months of completing their barista coffee making course to practice their coffee making skills, free of charge. Whether you want to brush up on your skills before an interview or just want to hone your coffee art skills, our students find this an invaluable service that truly sets us apart from our competition.
Whether you want to gain your dream job as a highly skilled barista or just want to impress at your next dinner party, you’ll gain all the skills you need, and more, with our Barista Coffee Course. Come in and see a class in action.
